Prices
(Prices are calculated per hour of work)
Here are a few examples with their price range:
Simple design
Medium design

I WILL draw:

Logo plus desgning your corporate style
I WILL NOT draw:

Hate/propaganda for anything

Fetishes (Vore, Bdsm,....)

Anything having to do with AI/ NFT's/ Crypto
General terms

I only draw in my own style.

I will not make any commission for free.

I can deny any commission if it does not follow my terms.
Payment

Payments will be made through credit card/ debit card or through Paypal (+5% transfer fees).

Commissoins will be paid 100% after the first sketch has been sent and accepted. I won't continue the commission until fully paid.

SHIPMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN BASE PRICE!
Revisions

Every time I will send a picture (low quality) there will be a moment available to ask for changes and revisions.

Keep in mind that some of my drawings are traditionally made. So if there is something that you don't like that I already fully drew, more time will be added to the process of the commission, as it takes time and skills to make those changes.

I will only allow a change of this size to be made once. If this happens more than once, I'll add more to the price. And if the commissioner wants to change something that was approved previously, this change will not be free. The extra price will be calculated by the extra hours of work it costs. (€30/h)
Process & shipment

Depending on the commission, it could take in between 1-6 weeks. This will depend in the commission itself, but also on the amount of work other commissions ask of me, not to forget my personal life. I am still a human, so personal issues could also have an influence.

Once the commission is done I will send a high quality scan (1200 dpi) plus a certificate of authenticity and I'll ship the drawing to the adress given from the commissioner, if asked specifically to send it physically.
Copyright
Cancellations & refunds

If the commission is cancelled BEFORE I start the commission, there will be a full refund.

If the commission is cancelled AFTER I send the first sketch, the base price will be refunded 50%. Art takes time and skill, but also needs materials. Once I use them, the part of the price will be spent on what I already used.

If the commission if close to or fully done, there will be no refund.

If you ask for a refund, I will personally send the money to you.

I, Fleedermauws:
- Have the right to refund and cancel the order at any time for any reason.
- Will retain all copyright over the commissioned work.
- Will NOT profit further from the commissioned work, unless my rules and terms are not respected.
- Will keep the right of posting the commissioned work online, in my portfolio, promotion on social media as in publications.

You (the customer):
- May upload the commissioned work on any website and or social media, if credited.
- May NOT make profits from the commissioned work. (Reselling, make prints, etc.)
- May NOT use it for commercial purposes unless stated so in the contract.
- May change the artwork if you want to. Telling me is always appreciated.
- May ABSOLUTELY NOT claim the artwork as your own creation.
